The exhibition, curated by the Filiberto and Bianca Menna Foundation (Rome and Salerno), is promoted and organized by the Carisal Foundation, with the patronage of the Municipality of Salerno*, the Province of Salerno*, and the Department of Cultural Sciences of the University of Salerno. It also features the collaboration of the Fabio Mauri Archive and the support of the Carisal Foundation, the Banco di Napoli Foundation, Palazzo Innovazione, and Pasta Garofalo.
From December 23, 2025, to February 14, 2026, in Salerno, at the Complesso San Michele, the exhibition "Doppio sogno" offers a different gaze on the Filiberto and Bianca Menna collection and on the two collectors. A selection of approximately 40 works from a much larger collection assembled starting in the late 1950s by a militant art critic, Filiberto Menna, and a profoundly avant-garde artist, Bianca Pucciarelli, aka Tomaso Binga, offers itself as an extraordinary “double dream” in which artists who were, first and foremost, companions on journeys and in thought, meet.
Thanks to a rich program of meetings, readings, and educational workshops, including the presentation of the restoration of an important work by Fabio Mauri, the Doppio sogno project aims to offer a broad and up-to-date vision of how the critical contribution of Filiberto Menna and the artistic research of Tomaso Binga represent a necessary resource for navigating the complexity of our present.
