A semi-transparent sheet of parchment serves as a screen for white paper bearing the word ‘Jude’ stamped at its centre in Gothic-German script. The title of the work, Carta ebrea, associates the parchment with tattooed skin, evoking the works in the Ebrea exhibition-installation (inv. 3476) from 1971.
