Iron plate with cool-toned surface variations, random chromatic alterations caused by high temperatures in the ‘black iron’ manufacturing process. At first glance empty, the panel features a small tin soldier in the centre, well camouflaged against the background. This work was part of the ‘Picnic o Il buon soldato’ installation (inv. 3204).
