In 1994 and 1995, Mauri experimented with the technique of embroidery on several artworks, which the artist commissioned from his studio assistant Teresa Rinaldi, a skilled embroiderer who co-signed some of these works with him. This collaboration produced The End (inv. 732), Fine (inv. 733), and Corso di filosofia dell’estetica (inv. 422), as well as embroidery on various ‘Aryan objects’ in the ‘Arierwiege’ exhibition-installation (inv. 615, 620, 747, 925).
