Mixed-media painting on canvas with torn paper inserts rendering a textural and abstract surface, likely inspired by the works of Mauri’s friend Mimmo Rotella, with whom he founded the Crack Group that same year. In the centre of the composition, the inscription ‘THE END’ is the only clearly intelligible sign in these Note di viaggio.
