A leather hatbox bears a Star of David fire-branded onto its cylindrical body and the number ‘12370’ on the lid. The work’s title refers to the concept of the ‘Aryan object’ presented at the 1995 ‘Arierwiege’ exhibition-installation (inv. 593, 1023).
