Black-and-white image of a cinema interior, used as a background for a collage of various elements in lead, iron, wood and paper, reminiscent of compositions in some of Mauri’s 1980s drawings (for example, inv. 2038). In 2005, for his exhibition at the Nuova Pesa gallery in Rome, the artist presented the work framed by engraving into the wall, an intervention that could be made as required for each new exhibition of the work.
