NOTE:

A saddle from a unicycle whose wheel is composed of an iron cable coiled to form a circle, on an iron rod protruding about twelve centimetres, hangs from a sheet of black iron of the same dimensions and characteristics as the other works presented at the ‘Picnic o il buon soldato’ exhibition-installation (inv. 3204). The work title cites French artist Marcel Duchamp (1887–1968), evoking his famous 1913 readymade, Bicycle Wheel.
