Forty postcards, measuring 14.8 × 9.2 cm, drawn and self-produced by the artist, glued onto a piece of black cardboard in four rows of ten. The composition toys with serial repetition, multiplying the silkscreened face of Al Capone and the brand-text Gangster (inv. 265). The second-to-last postcard at the bottom right breaks the rhythm of the composition, displaying the reverse, which, ironically, reads: ‘Gangster/Any way you want it/Fabio Mauri/Without Gallery/ Rome-Italy/1974.’
