NOTE:
An irregularly shaped sheet of parchment, with a few rips and tears, stretched over a black- painted wooden panel. Handwritten left of centre, the work’s title is partially obscured by a white card. A brass plaque in the lower right-hand corner, under a used mask, is similar to those in the ‘Ebrea’ exhibition-installation (inv. 3476), stating the work’s title and situating it within the same conceptual grouping.
