The cursive inscription ‘Chapeau Aryen’ is embroidered on the ribbon of an elegant black straw hat. The work is one of the ‘Aryan objects’ presented at the ‘Arierwiege’ exhibition at the Galleria Sauro Bocchi, Rome (inv. 593, 1023).
