NOTE:

On a screen painted at the centre of a sheet of paper, four smaller screens are inscribed, arranged in a grid of two rows and two columns. The repetition of the motif seems to allude to the pervasiveness of the cinematic and television medium, which presents itself to the viewer regardless of any specific content, until it vanishes into the negative sign of the cross that cuts across the small screen in the lower right-hand corner.
